We offer a range of products and services to help you plan your magical holiday, including:

Merchandise: We have a variety of personalised items such as cold cups and travel document holders.

Digital Downloads: Our shop offers digital guides and printable checklists to help with your planning, including our new ebook.

Consultancy Tiers: We provide four consultancy packages, from basic guidance to a comprehensive, bespoke holiday planning service.

How do your digital downloads work?

Our digital products, including our ebook, are instant downloads. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a link to download the file. All digital downloads come with unlimited downloads.

What are your consultancy service tiers?

We offer four tiers of consultancy to suit different needs:

Tier 1: "Park Hopper" for basic advice and guidance.

Tier 2: "Fast Pass" for detailed planning support and itinerary suggestions.

Tier 3: "Wish Upon a Dream" for a premium, comprehensive service with a fully custom-designed itinerary.

"The Magic of I Do" is our bespoke package specifically for honeymoon planning.

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?

No, due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once the file has been downloaded.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you deliver?

We currently only deliver within the UK.

What shipping method do you use?

All of our orders are delivered via Royal Mail with tracking.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

 For our printed merchandise, please allow 5-9 working days for your order to be printed and dispatched, as each item is made to order.

Personalisation

Can I personalise my order?

Yes, many of our items, such as the document holders, can be personalised with your choice of text, up to a certain character limit. Please check the product description for specific details.
